CRM & Marketing Automation Consultant

Mission of the Position

As a CRM and Marketing Automation Consultant you will work on Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud implementation and sustenance Projects on your own or with the collaboration of other CRM & marketing Automation team members.

The core focus of this position is to not only configure through Salesforce Core and Marketing Automation products but to be the main interface point with the client, defining the solution to be proposed, coordinating its construction and ensuring the quality of the final delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Configuration and development through the main Salesforce Marketing Cloud products (such as Email Studio, CloudPages, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Connect, Mobile Push and Contact Builder) and extended features (such as Datorama, Interaction Studio, Social Studio, Advertisement Studio and Pardot);
  • Recommendation of the Marketing Automation best practices at strategic, tactical and functional levels to achieve the business goals;
  • Mapping of the business needs and products/ features scenario and co-creation of the blueprint for each delivery;
  • Backlog management in accordance with the SLAs;
  • Briefing and monitoring of the configuration/ development project team;
  • Review and validation of the deliveries to ensure its quality;
  • Reports, analysis and recommendations for post go live optimization; 
  • Training of the users;
  • To perform the main ceremonies of the projects such as the kick off session, internal dailies, weekly status calls with the project stakeholders, discovery sessions, blueprint validation session, internal quality assurance sessions, user acceptance test and retrospective;
  • Keep up with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud new releases, new products, feature updates and discontinuations.

Required Knowledge

Tech Skills: We are defenders of the low code, no code movements but the following knowledge will be appreciated: HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, REST and/ or SOAP API, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and/ or SOQL.

Formal Education Desired: Complete University Studies in IT, Marketing or Business related areas. 

Languages: Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate / Advanced English or Spanish. 
Certifications Desired: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
